Hook (& Loop)
AKA the "hard" side of a certain name brand temporary fabric fastener that rhymes with "red crow."
Because the hooks can pull out threads along the perimeter of a patch, the hook side is preferred as the backing.
Sew On
This is the closest to 'nothing.'
We apply a canvas backing even though it will not be utilized because it creates a more rigid skeleton, smoother ulterior texture, and provides a good starting texture for your own DIY.
Iron On
Stick it on with provided temporary tape, and iron for ~30 seconds for an alleged permanent bond.
Iron on tech has gotten very advanced, but has limitations regarding: placement, waterproofing and garment washing. Each order comes with instructions.
